Adoption Assistance

MasterCard offers the Adoption Assistance Program, providing financial assistance to help offset the costs associated with the legal adoption process. MasterCard will reimburse eligible employees for eligible adoption expenses up to a maximum of $5,000 per child, as long as you are an active employee at MasterCard when placement takes place.

Child Care Options at MasterCard, Helping Children Reach Their Full Potential

Recognizing that high-quality, affordable child care options can help employees better balance work and family responsibilities, MasterCard has teamed up with Work/Life Partnerships and Children’s World Learning Centers® and Bright Horizons Family Solutions® Net Work Access Program (NAP) to provide MasterCard U.S. employees with quality and innovative childcare options to help young children reach their full potential.

MasterCard University’s mission is to provide a “gold standard” of excellence in learning products, options and solutions in support of MasterCard Worldwide’s leadership vision. Our training philosophy revolves around 3 key concepts:

• Partnership: The MasterCard University staff is committed to strengthening its curriculum by partnering with the business groups in the development of more targeted courseware. Matching Gifts & Volunteer Incentive Program

To encourage and support the generosity of employees worldwide, the Program provides company matching funds to the charitable organizations employees personally support. To maximize the impact of employee charitable giving, MasterCard matches, dollar for dollar, individual donations made by eligible employees and retirees, up to US$5,000 per year, to the nonprofit groups or educational institutions of their choice.

Scholarship for Children of MasterCard Employees

The MasterCard Scholarship Program is designed to encourage and recognize academic excellence and to assist employees of MasterCard in meeting the cost of their children’s undergraduate college education. Each year, the MasterCard Scholarship Program awards a one-time scholarship of US$5,000 to 10 eligible children.
